WEBSITE PRODUCTION

WWW.GEHOTSHOTS.ORG - WWW.GEHOTSHOTS.COM
The GEHOTSHOTS.ORG website was designed and built from scratch by GARY G. BALLARD on a Mac®, System 10.3, using Adobe GoLive®7, Photoshop®8, ImageReady®8, and Illustrator®11.
WWW.SYCUANFIRE.COM - WWW.SYCUANFIRE.ORG
The SYCUANFIRE.COM website was designed and built from scratch by GARY G. BALLARD on a Mac®, System 10.4, using Adobe GoLive®8, Adobe® Creative Suite 3.
These are a general sites best experienced with 17-inch or larger calibrated monitor, 1024x768 or greater screen resolution, displaying millions of colors. Broadband internet connection is recommended, but this site should run fine through a telephone modem connection (except for the large movie downloads).
You will see "AD" looking G. BALLARD graphics throughout these Sycuan fire Web sites this is because much of these sites were built on Gary Ballard's free time to develop the firefighting network, and some blogs contain a lot of bonus still pictures and movie DVDs that weren't part of the contract.

Site BLOG:
2001: Original crew site www.handcrew.com consisted of one SPEC Home Page and was built and uploaded by G BALLARD. We never got a budget and the site was expired after the initial one-year server subscription.
April 14, 2005: GEHOTSHOTS.ORG was uploaded with a contracted budget to build a basic website, up to 25 pages. The site's principal leadership and inspiration was provided by Battalion Chief RAYMOND RUIZ SR, with an active participation by Lead Captain 63a JUAN MENDEZ.
October 12, 2007: Funding for GEHOTSHOTS.ORG was hit and miss since my last post, but we managed to grow the site by working on our own time, including Ray and Juan paying for my time out of their own pockets, and some work on the Sycuan-BIA clock. I am happy to say I am back to work on the clock and look forward to completing old pages and building new pages.
February 28, 2008: Uploaded SYCUANFIRE.COM under leadership and inspiration was provided by GEHS DIVISION CHIEF RAYMOND RUIZ SR.
June 8, 2008: GEHS IHC Division Chief Ray Ruiz Sr. resigned from the Sycuan Fire Department to pursue other career opportunities. Mr. Ruiz's active leadership and participation on producing the SYCUANFIRE and GEHOTSHOTS web sites will be greatly missed by the founding webmaster best of luck to you, Ray.
October 27, 2009: I am freezing the Web sites and all work on the Sycuan reservation until I can get my (unrelated) 1,000-day-old CONTRACT DISPUTE with casino management resolved with the tribal council.
