The Warm Springs Hotshots are an elite BIA-funded IHC Native American federal fire-fighting crew based on the Warm Springs Indian Reservation, Warm Springs, Oregon.

The Warm Springs Hotshots was initially formed under a federal work program on the Warm Springs Indian Reservation in 1984.
After two successful fire seasons, the crew elected to work towards establishing itself as a Type 1 National IHC.
From 1987 to 1988 the Warm Springs crew was in INC trainee status.
The Warm Springs Hotshots became a national IHC in 1989, making them the second BIA IHC in the nation.
The Warm Springs IHC is primarily comprised of Warm Springs Confederated Tribes tribal members, however, other crew members include spouses of tribal members, other Natives and non-natives.
